1.Conceptual Nature of Service
The Space Revamp service provides conceptual suggestions and layouts to help clients optimize their existing office space for better flow, functionality, and productivity. The service does not constitute architectural, structural, or legal advice.
2. Client Responsibility and Approvals
Any decisions regarding the selection, modification, or implementation of office space changes must be reviewed and approved by the client’s qualified team. The client acknowledges that the conceptual suggestions may not necessarily be feasible or acceptable to them and that the service is provided solely to give an understanding of potential improvements.
3. Scope of Service
The service is limited to conceptual recommendations and layout ideas. It does not include detailed architectural, structural, or electrical drawings, nor does it guarantee that suggested changes can be implemented without modification.
4. Accuracy of Drawings and Information
The layouts and suggestions are based on the information and drawings provided by the client. There may be discrepancies between these drawings and actual site conditions, which could result in minor errors or adjustments.
5. Revisions
Clients are entitled to request up to two revisions of the initial conceptual layouts. Any additional revisions will be treated as additional services and may incur extra charges, to be mutually agreed upon.
6. Implementation Responsibility
All suggested changes should be executed under the supervision of qualified professionals and after obtaining all necessary approvals. The service provider cannot be held liable for any costs, damages, or issues arising from implementation.
7. Client Acknowledgment
By using the Space Revamp service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the conceptual nature of the suggestions, limitations of the service, and responsibility to consult qualified professionals before any implementation.
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the Space Revamp service offered by [Your Company Name] (“Service Provider”) and accepted by the undersigned client (“Client”).
1. Nature of Service
The Space Revamp service provides conceptual suggestions and layouts to help clients optimize their existing office space. The goal is to:
Improve flow, functionality, and productivity.
Accommodate new or additional requirements.
Explore opportunities for better utilization of existing space without necessarily shifting to a new office.
This service is advisory and conceptual in nature and does not constitute detailed architectural, structural, or construction design.
2. Client Responsibility and Approvals
All suggestions provided are conceptual and must be reviewed by the client’s qualified professionals (e.g., architect, contractor, MEP consultant) before implementation.
The client acknowledges that Space Revamp layouts are for reference purposes only and may not always be feasible, agreeable, or acceptable for final execution.
The layouts are based on information and measurements provided by the client. There may be discrepancies between provided data and actual site conditions, which could affect feasibility.
3.Submission Process
Once the client confirms interest, they will receive access to a secure portal.
The client must upload:
The existing office plan with dimensions (or accurate measurements of the space).
A note on requirements, challenges, and new needs.
Payment for the service.
Based on the inputs, the Service Provider will prepare conceptual proposals. If required, a discussion call will be arranged to align with the client’s expectations.
4.Scope of Service
Space Revamp is limited to conceptual layouts and suggestions.
It does not include detailed design drawings, construction documents, or MEP services.
The layouts are intended to show potential improvements and space optimization ideas, not final execution plans.
5. Revisions
Each Space Revamp order includes one initial proposal and up to two revisions.
Any further revisions will be treated as additional services and may incur extra charges.
6. Possibility of Limited or No Change
In certain cases, the existing space may already be near-optimal, or the client’s requirements may not reasonably fit into the available area.
In such scenarios, the Space Revamp service will highlight these limitations and provide general guidance.
7. Refund Policy
If it is determined that no significant changes or improvements can be made within the existing office plan, the Service Provider will refund 50% of the service fee.
The remaining 50% will be retained to cover the time, effort, and analysis already undertaken.
If the Service Provider determines upfront that the service cannot reasonably be delivered (e.g., insufficient or unclear information provided), the plan may be rejected, and in such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
8. Payment Terms
The full service fee must be paid upfront at the time of submitting the plan.
Work will only begin after payment confirmation.
Any additional services outside the defined scope will be billed separately and must be paid in advance before commencement.
9. No Liability
While Space Revamp aims to provide practical and professional suggestions, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any cost, damage, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on or implementation of the suggestions.
The service is indicative only and cannot substitute for detailed architectural, engineering, or interior design services.
10. Client Acknowledgment
By availing the Space Revamp service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

The layouts are to be used for evaluation and decision-making support only.
Any implementation will only be done under the supervision of qualified professionals.
They accept the refund terms, revision limits, payment terms, and liability exclusions outlined above.
