The Test Fit Plans service provides conceptual layouts and evaluations of office spaces to help assess potential space utilization, team accommodation, and workflow efficiency. This service does not constitute architectural, structural, or legal advice.
All decisions regarding selection, modification, or fit-out of office spaces must be reviewed by the client’s qualified internal team. The client acknowledges that the conceptual layouts may not be feasible or acceptable to them and that they are availing this service solely to understand the space and their requirements.
This service is limited to conceptual evaluations and layouts for office spaces. It does not include detailed GFC drawings, MEP drawings, structural or electrical drawings, nor does it guarantee that suggested layouts can be implemented as-is without modification.
The client may request up to two revisions on the initial proposal. Any additional revisions will be treated as additional services and may incur extra charges, to be mutually agreed upon.
While Test Fit Plans aims to provide professional recommendations based on available information, the service provider cannot be held liable for any costs, damages, or inconvenience arising from decisions made based on the conceptual layouts or evaluations.
By using the Test Fit Plans service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the conceptual nature of the suggestions, the limitation on revisions, and the requirement to consult qualified professionals prior to any implementation.
Conceptual layouts are based on drawings and information supplied by the client. There may be variations between these drawings and actual site conditions. The client acknowledges that minor discrepancies or errors may arise due to these differences.
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the Test Fit Plan service offered by SPACE edit – Your Design Partner and accepted by the undersigned client.

This service is advisory and conceptual in nature and does not constitute detailed architectural, structural, or construction design.
All decisions regarding selection, modification, or fit-out of office spaces must be reviewed internally by the client’s qualified team (e.g., architect, interior designer, contractor, or project consultant).
The client acknowledges that Test Fit Plan layouts are for reference and evaluation purposes only and may not be feasible or agreeable for final execution.
Limited to conceptual planning; excludes interior, construction, or MEP drawings.
Includes one proposal and up to two revisions. Additional changes are billable.
50% refund if shortlisted space is unsuitable; 100% refund if service cannot be delivered.
Full payment upfront; additional services billed separately.

The client accepts that some variation may arise between the layouts provided and the actual built space, since drawings are prepared based on inputs shared by the client.
Once the client confirms interest, they will receive access to a secure portal.
The client must upload:
The office floor plan(s) with dimensions.
A detailed requirements sheet, with any specific needs clearly mentioned.
Payment for the service.
Based on the inputs, the Service Provider will prepare the conceptual layout(s). If required, a discussion call will be arranged to clarify requirements.
Test Fit Plan is limited to conceptual space planning.
It does not include detailed interior drawings, construction documents, MEP layouts, or final design drawings.
The service provides a broad idea of space fitment and should not be relied on as a final execution plan.
Each Test Fit Plan order includes one initial proposal and up to two revisions.
Any further revisions will be considered additional services and may incur extra charges.
In certain cases, the client’s requirements may not be clear or may not reasonably fit within the shortlisted space(s).
In such scenarios, the Test Fit Plan will indicate the mismatch and provide general guidance
If it is determined that the shortlisted space(s) cannot accommodate the client’s requirements, the Service Provider will refund 50% of the service fee.
The remaining 50% will be retained to cover the time, effort, and analysis already undertaken.
If the Service Provider determines upfront that the service cannot reasonably be delivered for the provided plans, the plan may be rejected, and in such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
The full service fee is to be paid upfront at the time of submitting the plan(s).
Work will only begin after payment confirmation.
Any additional services (e.g., revisions beyond the included two, or services outside the defined scope) will be billed separately and must be paid in advance before commencement.
While Test Fit Plan provides professional suggestions based on the information provided, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any cost, damage, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on or implementation of the suggestions.
The service is indicative only and cannot substitute for detailed architectural, engineering, or interior design services.
By availing the Test Fit Plan service, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
They have read and understood the conceptual nature and limitations of the service.
The layouts are to be used for evaluation and decision-making support only.
All changes and final fit-outs will be executed only under the guidance of qualified professionals.
They accept the refund terms, revision limits, payment terms, and liability exclusions outlined above.
